Brian Miller

Raised in Northwest Florida, Brian Miller earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Emory University and his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. After clerking for the Montana Supreme Court, he spent over a decade in private practice as a civil trial attorney representing Montanans across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds in property, consumer, and civil rights cases. Grounded in kitchen-table economic realities and public stewardship, Miller’s platform centers on rejecting political extremism, dismantling corporate special-interest influence, protecting consumer rights, defending constitutional protections, and delivering pragmatically balanced, accountable leadership for working families across Eastern and Central Montana.
