Bernadette Greene-Placentia

Raised in a union household by a Vietnam veteran father and refugee mother, Bernadette Greene-Placentia attended the University of Arizona on an Army ROTC scholarship before earning her Commercial Driver’s License. Over a 27-year trucking career, she logged four million miles and built a small trucking company, experiencing firsthand the financial pressures facing small business owners and working families. Grounded in kitchen-table economics, Greene-Placentia's platform prioritizes protecting Social Security and Medicare, expanding access to affordable healthcare, lowering prescription drug prices, investing in public education and apprenticeships, and supporting owner-operator truck drivers through regulatory reform.
