Chris Beck

Raised in Oregon, Chris Beck earned a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard's Kennedy School. He served six years in the Oregon House of Representatives, spent 14 years in land conservation with the Trust for Public Land, and served as a USDA rural policy advisor during the Obama administration. Grounded in kitchen-table economics and rural advocacy, Beck’s platform prioritizes lowering living costs, protecting family farms, restoring rural hospital access, expanding affordable housing near Main Street districts, and defending public lands. He is running to deliver present, collaborative leadership for Central, Southern, and Eastern Oregon.
