Ray Bilger

Ray Bilger is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District. Born in Bellefonte and raised with working-class values, Bilger served as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist in the Air Force during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Over a 35-year career, he distinguished himself as an intelligence analyst and security officer for the NSA and State Department, recently serving as NSA Technical Director for Cyber Analysis. Bilger is running to ensure the American Dream remains attainable for local families, focusing on rebuilding the district and creating a future where young people can thrive in rural Pennsylvania.
