Lisa Kinney

Born and raised in Laramie, Lisa Kinney earned degrees from the University of Wyoming and the University of Oregon before obtaining her law degree. She served ten years in the Wyoming State Senate, leading as Minority Floor Leader, directed the Albany County Library, and worked two decades as a statewide financial advisor. Grounded in kitchen-table economics and public stewardship, Kinney's platform centers on keeping public lands in public hands, expanding rural healthcare subsidies, regulating data center infrastructure, and securing rural broadband funding. She is running to deliver independent, accountable representation to Washington.
